What’s New at Glen Lake
ByThere are lots of new things buzzing at the luxury Sandy Springs apartment complex Glen Lake that we are excited to share with our residents and future residents:
- Glen Lake Gardens will be opening this Saturday! The beautifully landscaped area for residents features gas grills, outdoor fireplace, picnic pavilions and a vegetable garden. Basically, this is the perfect spot, day or night, for you to unwind and relax with a good book, grow some vegetables or to do some outdoor entertaining. I am sure many of you are especially excited about the garden. Gardening is a favorite hobby for many people, and most of the time you think you have put that passion on the back burner when renting a luxury apartment in Sandy Springs. But Glen Lake offers unique apartment living that includes garden plots that residents can use to plant and grow all of their favorite vegetables. Of course, we do ask that you please be respectful to your neighbors and do not take what you did not grow and also, please don’t walk your dogs through the Gardens (they have their own special area see the next bullet).
- The community Dog Park is opening today! Now your four-legged friends have a place to call their own. This is an area you can use to take your dog and play unleashed. We will have benches and a fenced in area for you and your dog to play. So, we not only take care of you while living at Glen Lake, but we also take care of your pets by offering apartments with a dog park. This will be located in front of building 6855, immediately to the right when you enter the property.
- We have moved into our temporary leasing office. This is located directly across from the trash compactor in building 6855. We will have signs directing you to this new office.
- Construction begins today on the new clubhouse. This clubhouse will include: Club Room for you to rent for parties, baby showers, bridge groups, book clubs, and more. We are also excited to announce that we will be adding a fitness center to our new clubhouse. The estimated time frame is 90 days pending weather.
