Sandy Springs Festival on Sept. 26th and 27th

One of the beauties of living at Glen Lake Apartments is that there is always something do near this luxury, gated community in Sandy Springs. This weekend is no exception with the Sandy Springs Festival being held at Heritage Sandy Springs on September 26th and 27th.

Celebrating its 24th anniversary, Sandy Springs Festival has  many activities for all ages to enjoy including a Juried Artist’s Market, Business & Civic Expo, Collector Car Show, Doug Kessler Lightning 10k/5K, Restaurant Samplings, Heritage Crafters, Kiwanis Pet Parade, Silent Auction & More. New to the festival this year will be an Interactive Game Zone with Wii and Guitar Hero competitions, Sip & Sample Soiree (Georgia beer and wine tastings), and live music being performed by Yacht Rock Revue.

Times for the festival this weekend are:

• Saturday, September 26th from 9-7PM
• Sunday, September 27th from 11-5PM
