November Pet of the Month

It was too difficult to decide between these two Yorkshire Terriers so both Hercules and Achilles are the Pet(s) of the Month for November at Glen Lake Apartments. The Yorkies are proudly owned by resident Christina.

Hercules is the oldest at 8 years old and came to Georgia from California when Christina made the move in July 2007. After getting settled in, Christina purchased Achilles in May 2008 from an Atlanta breeder to keep Hercules company. Achilles instantly dominated the brotherly role and Hercules was just happy to have a companion to play with.

Christina says that both dogs are sweet, never get jealous of each other, don’t bark all day and night, and are a good judge of character when visitors come. Both listen to commands, can do a few tricks, and are not timid dogs. They like all dogs, big or small, and all people, except any man wearing a uniform…they go crazy.

Hercules, Achilles, and Christina all like living at Glen Lake because of the dog friendly environment. As pet of the month, they received $50 off their November rent.
