The July Pet of the Month at Glen Lake Apartments in Sandy Springs is Augusta!
Augusta is a small dog with a big personality. When she’s not prancing around the Glen Lake dog park, she can be found keeping a lookout from her perch near the windows in her owner Mike’s apartment, or lounging in her big blue beanbag chair. Augusta loves living at Glen Lake Apartments; the community offers plenty of friendly dogs to meet and lots of space to roam!
Augusta was rescued in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, and Mike adopted her from the local humane society in July of 2007. She’s a black lab and shar pei mix, and is about 6 years old. She enjoys walks, playing with her squirrel dog toys, napping in the sun, and the occasional doggy treat. Augusta and Mike are new to Atlanta, and are excited to explore the city together!
